The two first editions in 2010 and 2011 happened to be very cheerful events. Our little and cosy festival is now back the last week-end of August. The concept is to gather tango friends and get a lot of opportunities to dance and know each other in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Workshops

There will be 3 workshops during the festival:

Friday 24 | 18:00 – 20:00 – First tango steps – Charlotte Rivero
This is a workshop inviting complete beginners to try their first steps in tango. The workshop is held by Charlotte Rivero from Stockholm. She has been working with queer tango for many years. More info HERE.

Saturday 25,  17:00 – 18:30 – Energies and roles in motion – Ute Walter & Unni Hermansen
This workshop is meant for all levels, from the complete beginners to the more experienced dancers. Ute Walter from Hamburg is one of the founders of queer tango in the world, and she is leading this workshop. More info HERE.

Saturday 25,  19:00 – 20:30 – Tango Matrix – Ute Walter & Unni Hermansen
This workshop is meant for advanced and intermediate levels. More info HERE.

Prices

Weekend package: 115 euros / 900 NOK
This does not include the workshops, but gives you a 50 % discount on the workshops.

”Saturday package”: 80 euros / 600 NOK.
Includes ”Dancing along the fjord”, Workshop with Ute Walter and the Grand Milonga.

Milongas:  20 euros / 150 NOK
Dancing along the fjord: 55 euros / 400 NOK (food included)
Tango brunch: 40 euros / 300 NOK (food included)

Food served during “Dancing along the fjord” and “Tango Brunch” is included in package offers. If you are following any special diet, please let us know when you register.
